Privacy Policy

I understand that your privacy is important to you and I feel the same. The general data protection act came into force in 2018 and as a therapist I need to inform you of the data I collect and how I use it.

During the first appointment I will carry out a health and lifestyle consultation. This involves collecting your personal data and any sensitive medical data in order to determine if you are suitable for a treatment and to fulfil my legal and business obligations. All data is stored securely for 7 years from the point that you are no longer an active client. I am the only person that has access to or sees this information. At any point you are welcome to ask to see any and all information I hold for you personally. I have never passed information onto any third parties and will not in the future.

During the first appointment you will be asked to read and sign a copy of my Privacy Policy and I will also offer you a copy to take away.
